Based on the proven approach that past behavior is the best predictor of future performance, this course covers the STAR method of behavioral interviewing to help you select the best candidate for the job.  It will also help to ensure you keep your interviews "legal" by addressing the most common interview questions and topics that should be avoided.  The course includes a collection of effective pre-written questions to select from based on the skills and behaviors you're looking for in a candidate. It also provides an easy-to-use framework for writing specific questions to meet your needs.
